Green Star Communications is a Kent-based connectivity provider, built on a simple idea: businesses deserve a provider that picks up the phone, sends a real engineer, and never reads from a script.
Our story
Started in Ramsgate, built for Kent
Green Star Communications was founded in Ramsgate after one too many conversations with local business owners who'd been left on hold by national providers, quoted for services they didn't need, or waiting weeks for an engineer who never turned up. We set out to build the opposite: a connectivity provider run by people who live and work in the same county as their customers, who answer their own phones, and who treat "we'll sort it" as a promise rather than a script line.
Today we support businesses across Kent and into Greater London — from single-site offices to multi-site warehousing operations — across broadband, leased lines, VoIP, Wi-Fi, mobile and more. The company has grown, but the idea hasn't changed: one number to call, and someone who already knows your setup on the other end of it.
