Do I need a managed network, or just a good firewall?
A firewall alone protects the edge of your network, but someone still has to configure it correctly, keep it patched and watch what it's flagging — most businesses don't have the time or in-house expertise to do that well. A managed network covers the firewall plus the switches, Wi-Fi and site-to-site links behind it, all designed to work together and watched 24/7 by us. What's the difference between SD-WAN and a normal network?
SD-WAN manages traffic across multiple sites intelligently, routing it over the best available connection in real time — a traditional network treats each site's connection separately.
Do you replace our existing hardware?
Sometimes — we'll assess what you have first. Compatible existing kit is often kept and brought under management rather than replaced unnecessarily.
How is a fault detected and fixed?
Our monitoring flags anomalies automatically, and an engineer investigates immediately. Most issues are resolved remotely; on-site visits are booked when hardware needs attention.
Can you manage a network alongside our existing IT provider?
